My name is Gilang. In 2014, leather became more than a material, it became a lesson in patience, learned slowly at the workbench, through trial and time.
When I got married, the craft grew deeper. With my wife’s support, what began as curiosity turned into commitment. From that moment, 3mask.craftsmanship was born.
This is not mass production.
Every piece is made by hand, with intention and respect for the material.
I don’t rush leather.
Because the best things, craft, family, and lif are built over time.
How It Started
It started with a simple desire: to own a handmade wallet. I was drawn to leather, especially the way it ages, the quiet beauty of its patina over time.
I didn’t have the money to buy one.
So I chose another way.
I learned on my own. I made my own.
Through trial, mistakes, and long hours, leather became my teacher. What began as curiosity turned into respect, and eventually, a craft.
That first wallet was never meant to be perfect.
It was meant to be honest.
And that was the beginning of 3mask.craftsmanship.
